Upgrading Your Account
You may upgrade your account at anytime. This includes upgrading to a higher service level (more checks per month and free upgrade options), or simply adding one or more upgrade options to your existing account.
We pro-rate upgrade options - meaning what we charge you for added upgrades will be based on the time period left on your renewal period for you existing account. Then we add the full-price of the upgrade to your next renewal invoice for subsequent periods.
The easiest way to either Renew your account or to add one or more upgrades is to login to your Vcheck account and then go to the Merchants - Renew / Upgrade Account menu. That page will provide the following options:
Renew Account and Pay by Credit Card
Renew Account and Pay by Vcheck
Upgrade Account or Add Features and Pay by Credit Card
Upgrade Account or Add Features and Pay by Virtual Check
